Return Policy
Due to many of our products being made to order, we don’t accept returns or size/color exchanges.
If your products arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective, you can request a replacement or a refund within 30 days of receiving the product. Photographic proof may be required to process the claim.
Claims regarding orders that haven’t been received must be submitted to the mail carrier associated with your order, we do not accept responsibility for carrier error.
Return Address By default, the return address is based on where your package was fulfilled. We will send you a return label depending on what facility shipped your package. Packages sent out from our US and Mexico fulfillment centers are returned to our Dallas facility:

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return claim and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
